EVALUATION
REPORTS - STAGE #1
We propose to visit site, evaluate roof area, draft roof plan
details, record all measurements, and perform cut-tests as required.
In report include statements of system content, evaluation, recommendations,
and budgets. Further, all reports include photos as required.
Note: As a cut test, etc. is performed on each individual
roof area, and the total quantity of roof areas is unknown at
this time, a firm maximum fee is unknown, therefore, the unit
price per roof area is provided. (An individual roof area is defined
as an area that is divided by a fire wall, and/or a change of
level, and/or a change of type of system.)
DOCUMENTATION - STAGE #2
- This stage provides:
- Preparation of the re-roof and/or maintenance specifications,
written documentation, roof plans and details. Further, we will
provide all pre-tender and tender assistance and distribution
of proof copy of the specification.
RE-ROOF AND INSPECTION SERVICES - STAGE #3
- Quality Control: Full-Time
This stage provides for full-time, on-site supervision of the
work process. During work process, all pertinent information
and progress is documented in Daily Reports and Photos.
Note: All correspondence, etc. is provided as required.
- Quality Control: Spot Check and/or Daily
Inspections during the tear off and re-installation of the new
roof system, with spot inspections during the installation of
the sheet metal flashings.
MAINTENANCE - STAGE #4
A regulated MAINTENANCE PROGRAM for a correctly installed roof
is the INSURANCE that the SYSTEM performs the task of STRUCTURAL
SECURITY throughout, and possibly beyond the design's life expectancy.
Location, size and roof system type can result in various requirements
of monitoring needs, therefore budgets for Maintenance Programs
are on a job-to-job basis.
